Realizado anualmente pelos ramos da Família Vicentina, a Manhã de Oração e realizada sempre no mês de nosso patrono, São Vicente de Paulo.
Desde o ano ado a Manhã de Oração da Família Vicentina acontece na Igreja de São Vicente de Paulo, no bairro Ipiranga- Cidade Ozanam, em Belo Horizonte. Este tradicional evento reúne milhares de vicentinos da região metropolitana de Belo Horizonte sejam padres, leigos ou irmãs. Em 2015 cerca de 1200 pessoas participaram das comemorações em honra a São Vicente de Paulo.
Neste ano a comemoração será em torno dos 400 anos do carisma vicentino fundado por São Vicente. No dia 25 de setembro a programação tem inicio às o9h com acolhida e animação, seguido de teatro e Santa Missa.
Para acolher melhor todos os vicentinos está sendo montando uma estrutura que contará com barraquinhas para venda de bebidas e alimentação a preço ível.
