“Glória e louvor ao ínclito Vicente, o meu bom pai e santo protetor!”, cantaram as centenas de confrades e consócias que na manhã de ontem (17), domingo, participaram da Festa Regulamentar de São Vicente de Paulo, promovido pelo CMBH, na Igreja de São Vicente de Paulo, no bairro Ipiranga (BH/MG).
A festiva celebração marcou as comemorações em honra ao Pai da Caridade, no ano em que celebramos os 400 anos de sua conversão e carisma. A santa missa foi presidida pelo Pe. Denilson Matias, que durante a homilia destacou a força dos vicentinos no serviço aos pobres, sobretudo da SSVP. Reforçou ainda a necessidade de se unir forçar para fazer o bem.
Após, na assembleia geral, presidida pelo confrade Ronan Francisco, presidente do CMBH, foram apresentados os novos membros da SSVP.
